<p>Sonia Quiroga Thomas has 20 years of experience as an Entrepreneur, Spanish Writer, Global Marketing &amp; Business Relationship Consultant with the general and Latino market. At the beginning, she worked as a Marketing &amp; Internet Consultant for top Argentinean Media, ad agencies &amp; Corporations including Telecom, Herbalife, Colgate Unilever.</p>
<p>Between 1996-1999 Sonia was immersed herself in the Latino market, when she had the opportunity to speak about <em>The uses of Internet Applied to Business &amp; Education</em> in a numerous of national and international conferences. Working with medium-small businesses and non profits clients, Sonia has helped a very broader audience.</p>
<p>In United States was drawn to help American Non Hispanic &amp; Hispanic culture 9 years ago when she left her home town of Buenos Aires and moved to Utah to learn English and to study a Spanish Literature Master at BYU.<br />
Her love for the Latino culture extends beyond business: Sonia has taught Spanish to non Latinos businesses and at BYU as well. Additionally, Sonia travels extensively throughout Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Brazil, Colombia &amp; Costa Rica.</p>

None of these options, will give you what you are looking for, which is to be able to handle a basic conversation on your area of industry in a few weeks.</p>
<p>There are some general numbers and you have probably seen -according to where you are physically located- between a 70 to a 25% of the population is Latina. In 2008, Hispanic consumer spending is expected to pass $1 trillion, according to the University of Georgia’s Selling Center for Economic Growth and is continuing growing.</p>
<p>For those companies or individuals that are trying to do business in Latin America, we strongly recommend to know &#8216;business vocabulary&#8217; to be able to handle business conversations &amp; negotiations. This will put you in advantage  over those who does not speak the language.</p>
